Saint Cthulhu Fleur-de-lis Product Description

On November 1, 1907, Inspector Legrasse led a squad of New Orleans policemen on a search for missing women and children in the nearby swamps, and found them, but not alive. Their mangled bodies were being used during a profane ritual by a backwoods cult to venerate their dreaming god Cthulhu! Legrasse raided the ritual, arresting many of the cultists, and obtaining the obscene greenish-black idol of Cthulhu at the center of it all. These insane rituals of the Cthulhu cult have a long history in the Louisiana Cajun bayou communities, where they are likely still practiced. We've received word that some of these rituals even happen in the middle of the city of New Orleans, at a massive domed structure, where cultists wearing black and gold vestments, rage and rave during violent blood sports. This design pays homage to Cthulhu in New Orleans, printed in gold ink on black, Cthulhu takes the shape of the city's Fleur-de-lis symbol. Is this the origin of the symbol in the City That Care Forgot?
